Father's Day gifts?

hehe! we have never made a big fuss of mothers/fathers days. its all a big gimmick to get money out of people :x

me and lillie have decided to get karl a track day for his motorbike i cant think of any thing he would want more i cant wait to see his face he loves doing these xx

Grace has painted her Daddy a mug with her hand and foot prints on it - plus she has painted 'I love Daddy' on it ......... she is such a clever girl !!

:rotfl: :rotfl:

That's a nice and creative idea Fiona! I like that. I think the 1st Father's Day is special because being a daddy is all so new! It's a day to remember. I know I lo Mothers' Day and cried when I got a lovely card and flowers.

Dylan has bought him the f word book as its something A wants. I am going to send the sentiments in a card .

love those t shirts by the way keely

we will be on hols too for Father's Day so I'm thinking of a picnic at the beach or something would be nice.

Libby has bought C a book on sailing (his choice).....which considering we live no where near water is a very helpful gift :rotfl:
Think I might get him one of those scrolls too (will ask them to spell Fathers right though  as they are fab so thanks for posting the link)

I'm really stuck too as my OH has two older kids so he's a father for the third time :) And we'll be on holiday too

Matalan have got some quite cool 'Dad' T-shirts if you're stuck, they're only £4 each (or 2 for £6). My favourite says 'Real Dads don't nead instructions'.

I think I'm going to get OH one of those, and mug with Austin's handprints on (just a paint-your-own-mug kit from Tesco). I've made him a card at snapfish.com with a photo on.

Fathers Day for under a tenner!
