he's going to a 'fancy dress' 30th tonight but we can't find anything anywhere and all the halloween stuff's sold out everywhere.

any quick, easy to find, reasonably cheap ideas?

No but really pirates are easy to do spur of the moment, you can use combats old white shirt and scarves and its easy to get like a little set with an eye patch and cutlass from poundland, or make your own! or use eyeliner! anything stripey, and just raggedy looking!
