Ok....time to start using an anti-aging eye cream/gel to help the appearance of those first teeny lines that are appearing....eek!!

Any suggestions? Anyone tried the Avon Anew stuff? What about that L'Oreal anti-wrinkle with boswelox eye cream? or the Garnier eye ultra lift stuff? Or that ROC eye cream (that's quite expensive!) Any other suggestions? I don't know what to get and with them being quite pricy I'd love to hear what everyone else thinks about them.

I second that...I am young, but I am still seeing fine lines around my eyes. I swear they've been there since I was 12, dry/sensitive skin doesn't help. Sorry I don't have any suggestions for you...I'd like to know a good product too! Most of them just sound like useless hype...

i dont think i need anything like that just yet- but even when i do get my first wrinkles i dont think ill bother anyway. i think if ur healthy on the inside, dont smoke or sunbathe and use moisturiser thats the best u can do! altho i heard very good reviews about creme de la mere- some women at my old work in their 40s and 50s were using it- and altho i personally couldnt see any difference- THEY thought they could, so it boosted their confidence, which in turn i guess made them more radiant! i thought if it makes them feel happy and good about themselves, then its worth the money even if i couldnt see any difference on their skin! i must admit when i use my sisters posh anti-ageing creams (she's been into the anti-ageing stuff for years and years already- even tho she's younger than me! lol bless her) i feel more nourished than when i use my own boots cucumber one that cost about £3! but iv never bought expensive and/or anti-ageing facial products, and iv been told i barely look 20 even tho im nearer to 30, so i think the cheap moisturisers are just as good!
but if it makes u feel great, get it! :)

I rarely drink (occassional glass of wine at an event etc) and I certinally don't smoke, pretty healthy eating and use a great moisturiser and when I wear make up it's good quality stuf......still off to look at Bluewater next week I think, talk to the gals on the beauty counters, see what they recommend etc.

About 8 years ago I used to work for Virgin Vie and they brought out a new anti ageing eye cream. I tried and tested this product on one eye only to see if I could tell a difference and you really could, even people I didnt know could tell the difference.

Im still using it, althoughthey have stopped making it now and have replaced it with a different product, I've nearly run out of my little pot so I will be on the look out again but I will look at Virgin first to see what they have to offer.

God I'd not even have thought to try Virgin, I just kinda don't think of them when I'm thinking cosmetics if you know what I mean....there is a Virgin store in Bluewater though (I think...it was there last visit anyway!) so will check it out too. Thanks!
