Just wondering if anyone uses a extended rear facing car seats and if so what kind. I drive a fiesta and was considering Joie Stages, not really sure what other ones are out there.

There's so many out there, I didnt realise until I started looking into it kore. Pop over to Facebook page "car seat advice for mummies and daddies" loads of advice there. And loads of info about extended rear facing seats.

I have the joie stages and love it. He is so snug in there, it is actually really easy to install and I love the he will be rear facing until 4 and the seat in then good as both a forward seat and then a booster for years to come! It is also brilliant value compared to other rear facing seats xxx

I've got the Britax dualfix. I love it, but doubt it will last much past 3 yrs old.

Here's the link for the facebook group in case you can't find it: Car Seat Advice for Mummies and Daddies! :)

We have an Axkid Minikid and we love it, our son is quite high up the percentile charts so I wanted a seat that could rear face until 25kg rather than 18kg.

We have the dualfix and can recommend it, especially as it leaves you slightly more room in the passenger seat than others.
