Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. i have the power of three, 30 min workout and the latest one which i cant recall five something or other. i love the 30 min workout and the latest one best. i am using the latest one at the moment.
i love the dvd. started using it on Monday and did aerobics and abdominals, on tuesday i did arms and legs, wednesday was boxing (great fun) and stomach again. had a day off today and will go again tomorrow.
