We have one and used it since a week old. Theo loves it and coos at it now. I'd recommend them.

I got one just over a week ago and I think B likes him. I wish I bought him earlier though as wonder if more effective with the heartbeat sound when they're younger (just my thoughts, don't know if true). Anyway, I put him on when he wakes up and seems to help. He's quite relaxing for me too lol.
