Everything smells!

Hi Onion, same here 
so, the changes that I had to make so far in my life to be able to feel slightly better about smells are - having opened windows most of the time, trying to stay away from cooking complicated meals that take ages to cook, doing food shopping online, bought myself shampoo and hair gel that don't smell, not using anything that smells (like perfumes etc). It helps a bit but there are still lots of other smells! What do you do to cope?

I walked past some drying washing this morning and I had to run to the kitchen sink where I was sick . That was the first time I was sick too.

Oh god yeah, I love my dog and she smells vile to me even my oh smells and he can just have had a shower I think I upset him last night he wanted a kiss and I was like urghh your breath stinks! I work in a care home so I smell urine and poop quicker than other staff too xx
