come across this on a babyloss site its called the deanna plan

am def gonna give this plan a go it claims it doubles your chances of catching

Statistics coming in from the bulletin board show that about 40% of post-miscarriage women will get pregnant on the first try if they are faithful to the plan, about double the number of the normal population who are not on the plan. This assumes, of course, that you waited for a normal cycle to begin after your loss, and did not begin trying before having a period after a miscarriage. Many women do not ovulate in that first cycle.

That is a really good article Rach!

Explains too about why sometimes we don't BFP...and that it's not necessariloy something to worry about.

well a lot of people are swearing by it on the babyloss sites saying the first month they stuck to it religiously they got there bfp and im willing to try it definately xxxxxxx

hadnt read much on this site till today just the deanna plan but read a lot more on the site this afternoon and there is a lot of interesting stuff about early pg tests etc and problems that can cause misscarriages and stillbirths and all sorts of other problems
some interesting stuff here xxxxx
