Ahh, has this happened before? Do you think its hormonal then?
I try and get a nice bath when I feel this emotional and get it out with a good cry.
Incidentally I felt like this last week but go up and down anyway xxx

I normally only get like this just before af due but she's not due for 2 weeks so I really hope it's not goo g to be like this for 2 weeks I can't cope it's horrible

Your mood can drop after ovulation as the estrogen drops. It can make you feel weepy and angry in my experience. Once the progesterone rises enough it should pass. x

Thank you I really hope it does because I think my oh thinks I'm going to have a nervous breakdown.i have never felt like this after ovulation

I often feel like that after ovulation. It is awful but it goes in a day or so. Cocoa is good as it is magnesium rich and soothing - helps the body relax. Estrogen depletes the body of magnesium. Or just dark chocolate.

Thank you I will try that :)

I'm glad you're feeling better. My emotional meltdowns always tend to come with AF (though I have been a lot better lately) but I have had the odd one just after ovulation that I just can't explain!! Either way, I try and find a way to clear my head, bubble bath if I'm feeling good, slab of chocolate cake if I'm not haha!! When you've been trying for a while it can be hard to shake the feeling that it may never happen. I know I do.
