Emma's first proper smile captured on camera

She is lovely

Did you find that Emma was slower in doing things like smiling i know normally it is about 8 weeks or something but because she was early no one i ever ask knows and i am always unsure whether Conal is smiling or it is wind. also what weight is she now? conal is 8lb2 now at 12 weeks and i am always trying to compare but no one to compare with. and last of all how much milk is she on now we have Conal on 2nd and he takes about 100 mils 3-4oz does that sound about right.

Sorry for all the questions but it is nice to have someone in pretty much the same situation with birth weight and age

Dont worry about the all the questions its nice to be able to help.
Emma was smiling quite early on. Only you can say whether or not Conal's smile is wind or not people kept saying that emmas was but i could see that her eyes would light up, you know your baby best. Emma is still on cow and gat 1 no idea when we're supposed to change to 2 as HV is crap!!!!! she varies how much she wants sometimes if shes tired she will only take 60mls but like just now we've fed her and she took 145mls she was weighed yesterday and came in at 7lbs 1oz and the docs are very happy with her weight gain. I know what you mean about comparing as I do it so much I live close to Rhian85 whos little boy was born 2 weeks after Emma but he was late and his start weight was 10lb 14oz, I keep trying to compare them but they will never be the same as Emma should only be a month old now. How early was Conal and what weight? watch it now we'll start comparing emma and conal now lol

COnal was born 10.11.06 weighing 2lb12 12 weeks early so they seem to be quite similar i think going by Emma weight and age either she is going to be small anyway or conal is going to be a big fatty your right when he smiles his eyes do light up so i am going with smile

you'll have to keep posting updates for me so we can compare
