embarrassing question?

well girls i was sat down eatin my sundried tomatoe pizza (yum), and i got this fierce shooting pain from my tummy right through my back passage and my lady bits!! it was that sharp i stood quickly nearly losing my pizza to the dog!!!(that could of been a disater).
but on serious note it was really sharp and then for a few seconds after i felt like i needed a poo?is this normal? or has any1 else had anything simular?so arly on in thier preg?

I get that too, I think they call it, 'the joys of pregnancy' along with all the other aches and pains we get!
