So after an eventful few days, and unfortunately a horrendous induction experience because of staff shortages, we now have an amazing little girl. She's perfect xx

Goodness me! I know the hospital are stretched but that sounds ridiculous. Why were they so reluctant just to check your progress!!??
So glad your LO arrived safely though and that you will be home for Christmas x

Because they didn't have staff on to do all the labours. There were some women on the ward who'd been waiting for their waters breaking after induction for 2 days one 3 days, just ridiculous. Here are some pictures

I had a horrible time with the hospital I was in (it was a shithole basically and I hated every minute from after I went to post natal ward - my labour was bloody horrible as well)

The good news is it does all fade from memory!!
