I heard about this on the radio the other night and could scarcely believe it. I'm not surprised they're talking murder - you'd have to be keeping a gun in your car in order for that to be road rage. Although, given the current problems, I suppose that's not such a far fetched possibility as it used to be.

Someone needs to work out what's fuelling these gangs and cut it off at source. Whether that's poverty, drugs, lack of education or whatever. Otherwise it's just going to get worse.
