Ears ringing

Since yesterday I’ve had really bad ringing in my left ear and it’s slightly muffled. Anyone else have this? I read it’s common due to increased blood flow, but it’s driving me mad!

I had pulsatile tinnitus when pregnant with my daughter. Could hear the blood pumping through my ears. Was particularly annoying at bedtime when it was all quiet and I was trying to get to sleep.

Ahh it’s awful... it came on yesterday afternoon and hoped it would be gone by this morning, but nope! I’m only 9+2, hope this isn’t here for the duration
Is there anything you can do to relieve it? X

I actually got permanent tinnitus in my late pregnancy. Initially it was horrible, then I got used to it. I don't even notice it anymore.

More than likely it's a temporary thing. with me it seems to run in the family for some reason!

FOr some reason sleeping with ear plugs makes me feel better!
