Ive used them the first time this cycle and got a solid smiley face on cd12 and Im usually a 28 day cycle, but as Im new to using them I cant offer you any advice, sorry! xx

I have used the dual hormone OPK for two months now. Is that the same one that you are using?
I got my high reading (flashing smiley) day 12 for both months, and I had that result for 5 (last month) then 6 days (current month) until peak (solid smiley). I have irregular cycles so they have been 28-32 days so far.
Do you have short cycles? Otherwise you might have a longer phase of estrogen before the LH surge.
