Hi

Just some adivce on the above. I've recently become addicted to e-bay and bought a Cosy Toes/ footmuff for my pushchair. It was advertised as the same make and same colour. When I recieved the item it has come back a completely different shade of orange to the one on my pushchair.

After doing some research it seems it is the same colour as a discontinued pushchair from the same makers, this colour is sooooo different from the one on mine.

So my question is, is it within my rights to complain? They no longer make anything in this colour and there was nothing in the desciption to say it was the old colour and the photgraph showed it as the one to match my pushchair although it wasn't a picture taken by the seller just one taken from a website.

I don't know much about Ebay. I hate the place. But if they are using someone elses pics it is misleading IMHO. They should put a pic of the item they are selling.

Have you read the small print and refund wotsit on Ebay?

I would ask for a refund and say its a differnt colour to the one in the pic.
