Dull back pain

Last night I got an incredible pain down the right side of my back, it literally took my breath away and made me feel very faint. It lasted for a few minutes and I have no idea what it was. Following this pain I have had a dull ache down the right side of my back, I am unsure if it is muscular or nerve ending or what?
Anyways I just wanted to know your opinions guys,

Could be the baby leaning on a nerve. Mention it to your midwife anyway xx

I had the same a while back and the midwife told me it was position of the baby. She suggested to me getting on my hands and knees to try and move her abit. I found leaning over my birthing ball helped alot. x

I don't have a birthing ball but I may invest in one!

Sit on the end of your couch or bed and lightly bounce. x

Mention it too your midwife, but its more than likely baby just sitting on a nerve or something...
Try the edge of your sofa or bed instead of a ball, all works the same. Xx
