the new song "all the times I cried" by Sharleen Spiteri sounds like another song...

if you listen to the beginning it sounds sooooo like summat else but I can't put my finger on it. It's honestly sending me bonkers everytime I hear it

I have no idea if its the same song, but I heard a song on the radio today that was the same (but different lyrics) to "Every breathe you take.....every move you make" etc etc. Is that it?
