does anyone have a samsung fridge freezer?

My new sansung fridge freezer arrived earlier & because it was the last one in store i new there was a few minor scratches.
i went to put my lap trays & kitchen roll on top of it & realised theres no top to it
like u can see the box inside the fridge, the top isnt a flat surface if u no wa i mean?

I've got that one (or one that looks just like it) in a different colour. I was about to say that it should definitely have a proper flat top - but I've just gone and stood on a chair to look and it doesn't! I can see inside! Mine came in the box, so looks like it's standard, but I've got to say I'm a bit shocked lol! Never tried to put anything on top of it because it's so tall!

Yeah I always put my trays and kitchen roll on top, and i went and looked when I got it and was like....wtf lol
Iv never heard of a fridge freezer not having a top.
I just called currys though and they say some samsung models dont have a top as thats the way they ventalate or w.e its called lol

I've got one and it doesn't have a top either hon. I have mine built in to a unit thing so have a shelf above it for keeping stuff on x x x

Ring the manufacturers - We had a problem with our hot point washing machine that was to match our other appliances the colour way slighly off and a dent in the side now no you don't see the side but £300 later that is not the point! We got £70 back from them ....ours was HOTPOINT.

Take pictures prior to the phone call and advise you have them if they would like them forwards - We took pics of the dent and the colour difference to our other appliances.

That the way they are designed i found this out when we had a problem with ours and we had agsrefrigeration a service company who operate in the london and surrey area out they explained that the way they are designed a bit silly i thought. Anyway the main thing was that they fixed the problem there and then and everything has being fine since.
