Does anybody have a Britax Excel Pushchair?

Does anybody have a Britax Excel Pushchair and the foot muff that goes with it. I am very tempted to order this foot muff to use with the Quinny zap pushchair we have just got. However it is hard to see how wide the slots are as the zap has padding around the shoulder straps. If you have this, can you give me an approx measurement of the width of the slots? I assume that the slots allow a five point harness to pass through them?

i dont have it but wanted to ask u bout the zapp

I think it is absolutely brilliant. It folds so small, and maneouvres very easily. You can actually go up kirbs without lifting it - no more hunting for the dropped kirb that is reasonably opposite another one. However don't get it if you want to carry any shopping on it, as that maneouvrability means that if you hang anything from the handles it will tip backwards. Also it has a very upright sitting position so I wouldn't go for it until your LO can sit upright very well. We bought it while on holiday last week as the second hand one we were given the straps went on. We pushed it up to the Malvern beacon and back down again and Ellie slept the entire way. Kiddicare (who advertise through this site) are doing it for a good price with the foot muff but TBH I am not that keen on the foot muff designed to go with it, but it is Orange. Reading other reviews some people complain about the height of the straps. This is not a problem on our one and we were wondering if they bought out an updated design when they bought out the new colours. Ours is the black one.
