Just think you have about 2-3 litres of water normally, blood, baby and a whopping great placenta. It can get a teeeeeeeeeeny bit messy

it is pretty horrific from what i remember.....but it did take me about 2hrs before i even thought about getting up washed etc.....it was chillax time for me

the bed was clean because the change the sheets after they delivered the placenta lol it was like ooo the placenta is out they took that away told me to put my pants on and then as i was stood up they changed the sheet lol you should of seen him b4 he filmed this i thought he was going to faint and i honestly dunno y he sone this film at all he sed he was trying to take my mind off things but i was amused at it

wish people would stop with the horriffic birth stories, its a lovely beautiful experience which makes you at one with nature and the giver of life itself. and I stand by that (at least until July)
