OH peed himself when he came home earlyer and saw it.
It wasnt painted yesterday, but its nice and dry and painted now.

Its just a balloon with glue and newspaper stuck on it, like they do in school.
Tho im a cheap skate and used plain flour and water for the glue instead of P.V.A glue hehe.
