Do you have a healthier diet now you’re ttc

Haha! I’ve done a bit better today I am on my second pint of squash it’s a bit better than pop but not quite as good as just plain water lol!
 
Why so much water? I drink 2 litres which is about 3 1/2 pints. Plus decaf tea normally 3/4 cups. I try to limit decaf tea tho as it still has caffeine in it. We ought to drink milk too. I have 1 glass a day generally. Full time job this ttc ing lol
 
Oh god I cant drink milk anymore since my first born. When I was preggers with him I was drinking a 4 pint bottle a day and since I cant drink it :rotfl:

The NHS recommendation is just under 3 litres for women. I need to lose approx 4 stone so a little more water should see off the water weight if there is any lol x
 
I’m aiming to start drinking water - 500ml a day to start. Currently live on tea, coffee and Diet Coke!

omg I have such a terrible diet at the moment because I'm drowning in uni deadlines and trying to stay awake to chase the girls all day then sitting up all night doing essays/reading. I realised I've been having like 2 cans of coke some days and not even realising and just chain eating biscuits to try keep myself awake at like 4am! I am definitely going to make some changes, my little one has FINALLY started to sleep and once uni stuff is a bit more under control then I will definitely be cutting out coke, and increasing water and so much less junk food x
