Gonna take Joseph with us on out honeymoon, gonna get a last min deal a week before but does he need injections?

Thanks in advance

It depends on where you are going, but in essence yes. If you do, he does. He can have the paediatric versions of some things at 1 year 3 months, although it would be better if he was 18 months old.

I am a travel nurse at my practice BTW.

thankyou he will be 18months when we travel, we will only be going to spain or possibly egypt so i'll go to docs n find out whats available xx

Spain you don't need to worry. For Egypt the recommendations are Hep A and Typhoid. Typhoid vaccination has a poor response in the under 2s, but he can have it. Hep A is fine.

Personally I would probably avoid Egypt until he's 2 and will have a good response to Typhoid vaccine. Especially if you could go on holiday to Spain instead. But I'm sure others will tell ou they took their LOs to Egypt and it was fine :) It's a personal choice and depends on your attitude to risk.
