So E only ever had a dummy for going to sleep but we've ditches it a week and s half ago. Generally its ok, nap times are a bit of a struggle in that she needs to be held to sleep, but maps have always been tough! Bedtime is generally ok but she now wakes up between 6 and 6.15 whereas she would always wake between 7 and 7.15.

Just wondered if anyone had any tips for making sleep easier and getting that extra hour back in the morning!?!

I don't really have any advice as mine is only 2 weeks old, but how long has she been waking earlier? I'm just wondering if it's the clocks going back that's affected her too...or rather not affected her, my LO seems to wake a bit earlier and have his angry cries earlier (just as Daddy gets home from work bless him) xx

Since before the clocks :( I have to admit the morning after the clock change when she woke at FIVE! I gave her her dummy and she slept again till 7 so we were back on some sort of track but since then shes still waking between 6&6.30 argh!
