decongestants for under 3 months old?

Karvol and Olbas is for 3 months +

Jake has a blocked up nose. Is there anything suitable for him? He will be 10 weeks on sunday.

Yes, you can either use "normal saline nasal drops" or "Sterimar" (a sea water spray), both available from the pharmacy and suitable from birth.
