i just rang up virgin to register my card as i have no credit and i was on therre for 15 minutes and for about 10 of them minutes i was on hold lstening to some silly music

That annoys me too.

I called 02 to get my international roaming bar lifted for budapest and the idiots blocked my phone insteda! So then i had to call them back and get them to do their job properly!!!! I was on hold forever and super pissed off!
