Couldn't hear heartbeat on Doppler!!!

Hi all I'm 11 weeks pregnant tomorrow I went to the midwife
Yesterday so 10+5 the midwife said she.d try and listen to heartbeat
Although maybe too early and not to worry.
However she couldn't find it and now I'm worried sick. I'm only thin
7st 9 so thought she would be able to find it
Should I be worried??
Got my scan on mon anyway

im sure all is fine hun, baby is still so tiny, i had a scan at 10w 2days and pip only measured 3.7cm so its still tiny xx

Defo try not to worry, it was very early for her to try and most don't try until 16 weeks with a doppler. It so depends how baby is laying etc etc, and when I was pregnant oscar used to seem to be irritated by the doppler pressure and constantly move away from it!! You might even go for 12 week scan and be a few days or even a week behind what you think dates are? Making baby even smaller. xxxx

Don't worry I have only just started hearing mine now. It depends where the baby is, he/she might have their back to you.
