we brought a chicco xplora stroller from argos around 3 months ago anf it has never been very strudy but the back wheel is about to fall off. i know they only have 28day money back gauretnee but if i take it back will they let me exchnge it for another make as i have one of these a few years ago for step cousine and that to fell apart ?

where do i stand ?

It should have a years warranty, if its faulty just take it back and ask for a new one or your money back

Do you have the receipt/bank statement or any proof of purchase?
The item does have a years warranty but without any proof of purchase it's at the managers discretion (SP?)
You are entitled to a refund or replacement

Yes you can, they will refund it first and then buy the new one
