coughing solids

joshua just coughed up something solid. is this normal? it was like a brrown thing with a bit of red in that looks almost like a chilli flake.........

Could it have been from something he's had to eat? Did i read that you've started weaning him? Unless it's a bit of flem? Not sure hun, sounds strange though!

yeah hes started weaning but just baby rice but this 'thing' was about 1.5 cm long dark dark brown, and with red stuff in..... xxxxxxxxx
