Coq10 which one?

Hi.
Looking for advice on coq10..

can someone tell me how long it takes to have an effect on egg quality? Will it be instant / for the egg about to be released or will it be for future eggs in 1/2/3? months time?
Also if it can 'push back' ovulation? And has it for you?

Please can someone help me choose one?

Im asking as some have different ingrediants added as well as the coq10 and im not too knowledgable of what is good and what isnt

I don't know anything about this to be honest...but wanted you to know that I hope you find out some information. Maybe someone around here (or your doctor) knows. Have you researched it?

I did a quick google and saw that some study said 50-600mg a day in multiple doses and that most women take 100-300 a day. Not that this information is the most helpful but there are a lot of smart ladies here so hopefully someone who has suggestions will see this.

But of course, you could also consult your GP as well.

I tried this. Didn't use for long as it was so expensive. Got mine from Holland and Barrett though I can't remember the dose. OH took it as well as it's meant to be good for sperm quality too. I was always under the impression that any supplements needed 3 months to take effect.
