Am off to consultants today to see what the next step is...to be induced, to be booked in for c section, to be left longer....??? Who knows

Well I feel quite positive actually for the first time in a little while...

Been booked for c section next wed (10 days after due date) which is the first they could fit me in and thats IF I dont go into labor first.

He examined my cervix to do a sweep but there was no way in, cervix wasnt ready. So back to Plan A which is be admitted Wed at 8am, look at cervix to see if there is enough change to break my waters. If so, they break my waters and see what happens. If not, then back to Plan B which is to have a c section.

So hopefully I go into labor before this has to happen. Im not holding my breath considering he couldnt even get past my cervix today and Im 40 weeks 3 days!!!

Had bloods done for anaemia
Swabs for MRSA
Saw anaesthetist
Got drugs for pre op prep

2 hours later home and cooking dinner
