Constipation

I'm quite sure Sam is constipated what can i do other than give him cooled boiled water and rub his tummy?

He's been trying to go all morning and is nearly popping his eyes out of his head straining to go - i don't like seeing my little man upset.

i pop leland on hit tummy over my need and gentle sway him so my knee rubs is tum and i rub his back , cooled boiled water etc too his he usually manages to go soonish after this .

a nice deep bath sometimes helps too

HIya, there's another constipation thread under this one. Some other ideas on that one.

You can add a teaspoon of fresh orange juice to the water if he still hasn't been after a few days.

Thanks Debbie he went in the middle of the night. I'll remember the orange juice though.
