Constipation

Baby Antonio has really bad constipation & really cries in pain, I just dont know what to do Does anyone have any suggestions? heard somewhere Cool Boiled Water was an option, is this right? if so, how much do i give? He has both breastmilk & Aptimil formula if that helps.

Yeah cooled boiled water is good, also a warm bath with a few drops of lavender oil..belly massage, just above the belly button and moving his legs in a cycling motion worked wonders for us.

Oh, forgot to say, Ella has Aptimil and breastmilk and she had bowel problems for a little while but once she got used to it she became regular (once a day).
