constipation

Poor Dylan is constipated..I think it is from weaning as his pooh has got more solid the more he has had..

He is pooing small hard amounts for the past 24hrs and really straining...

Did anyone else have this prob..did it just sort itself

I have been trying to give him water on top of breast milk but just plays with the bottle. any ideas?

Can't advise cloud but really hope he's better real soon, poor little man

Sorry, just saw this - i seem to remember that with my eldest she tended to be constipated even when only b/f! I remember that my pediatrician recommended a tiny bit of fresh orange juice (home squeezed) on a spoon after feeds. worked for us! good luck

he has had a big poo this am and gone to sleep on changing mat so he must be feeling better poor lad
