Constipation

Casey has done like one poo in about 4 days. I thought she was maybe trying to break wind but now I'm thinking its sore and she is trying to go but nothing is happening. What do u suggest I use or do to help her? She is still bringing up some of the bottle as well xx

boiled water between feeds is one way o got told to help lacie, or walk round with her in your arms, no nappy on and legs pulled up to her tummy, i laid lacie on her changin mat and put her legs up to her tummy and massaged the bottom of her bum. it all helps

When Emily seems to be struggling I lay her on her changing mat and cycle her legs in the air - does seem to help! . Good luck! Xx

2oz of boiled water with a sprinling of sugar in, or a tea spoon of pure (non concentrate) OJ.

if its really bad rub a wee bit of vaseline just inside her back passage.
