Constipation Advice please!!

My lo is 7 weeks old tomorrow and for the last few days has not had a dirty nappy, i noticed she was struggling on saturday so i gave her some water, this has had no effect and she seems to be crying with stomach ache as she is struggling.
What should i do??

My HV advised giving Ellie some prune or orange juice in water (1 to 10 parts) although Ellie was a bit older i think, ask your HV hun see what she says. Also like midna said cycling legs and also gently massaging tum tends to help with Ellie.
