Hey all i know this has probably been covered before but i just wanted to ask frankie is terribly contipated and when she does no 2's she finds it hard to pass them and seems in pain i try and give her bottle's off a little juice but she always seems to refuse them and im at a loss as to what i can try and do for her. Any suggestions or advice would be welcome. Thanks -xx-

Have you tryed lying her down and pushing her legs back when she straining, and moving her legs in a cycling motion?

That always helped my brother when he was badly constipated as a baby, he also ate bannanas which seemed to make him go more.
