I must really start to buy essential things for baby like pram etc as up to now all i have bought is clothes, nappies bottles etc. I'm starting to get a little confused of what pram to buy and worrying i am leaving it too late as many shops you pre-order and the pram is dispatched weeks later. My main need is a pram is to have a reversible seat unit as i always want the option to be able to see my baby even when she is older. So the ideas i had were;

Do you know of any other prams/pushchairs with reversible seat units and carry cot mode too?

Least you know what kind you want. I av no idea what all the differences are!
I am confused at this pram lark. All I can c is if a pram is pretty or not!

I've got a bebecar and thats reversable if thats any help.
:think:

I dont know anything about prams, as long as they can be put in and pushed what more do they need to do?

We have got a Britax vigour 4+ with carry cot which is fab. I did like the icandy cherry but it doesnt have adjustable handles and I prefered the britax.

We are getting the Bugaboo Bee because a friend has it and it seems great and I can't be bothered thinking about it anymore! Not sure what a carrycot is but we decided against a "travel system" since they are often too heavy and they are only in the newborn part for such a short time.

I was originally going to get a Mamas and Papas 'Switch' this has a reversible seat unit and a carrycot mode available, its a gorgeous pram :D

I'm not sure about these things personally but I'd recommend a thread in our product section, as we've forum pram-o-holics who'll really help but might not think to look in a second tri thread as there's no indication in the title it's about prams :)

Show us what you get!!

Thank you all for your advice, I think the best thing for me and hubby to do is to go and see each of our choices and decide then. I really want to make the "right" choice this time as when my son was a baby, we ended up buying 5 pushchairs in total as none of them seemed the "right" one. Wish me luck!
