Yesterday I had a sandwich for my lunch followed by a jacket potato with cheese an hour later!

I LOVE EATING - it's going to be a problem!

I have just eaten 1/4 box of chocolates and fully intend to crack out the ice cream very shortly.....guilt be gone!

Actually i spent the first 16 weeks of this pregnancy hardly eating, and lost over a stone in weight so i'm now making up for lost time

Ooh I'm glad there's a confession thread because I have been a bit naughty today. I've had:-

Frosties
Eggy bread and ketchup
Ham sandwich
Macaroni and cheese
Half a melon
2 mint aeros
a Classic biscuit
and I'm going to have some popcorn and coke in a minute

I don't know when it happened, I didn't know either as I'm not really a fan of BK but other half went and got a milkshake from there Unless its a local thing

Ive drank far to much coke and eaten loads of sweeties today but i dont feel guilty, i have a very good excuse....i very nearly passed out while queing up in Gamestation today (the poor guy at the counter looked so worried ) so....obviously i needed more sugar

hi all, i must confess...the only thing i wanted for dinner yesterday was a burger king...well a large whopper meal to be correct and my OH didnt so what do you do in this situation...

it worked as he drove all the way overto the other sie of town to get one

i was a very happy bunny...

Wasn't actually too naughty today -

Breakfast - bowl of cereal, 2 slices of toast with butter and banana, slice of toast with butter and honey and a cup of tea.

Halfway through the morning had a small amount of grapes.

Then for lunch SIL invited me so I had
Large helping of creamed potatoes with sour cream and butter through them
Some glorious marinaded chicken
Mango and passionfruit smoothie

Dessert - cream cake....

THEN it got bad - went out to shop for summat else and got pick and mix sweets and ate a few pieces of fudge and a few cola bottles.

And now I'm going to boil an egg.

I'm so baddddd.....

omg im now lying in bed and all i can think about is a burger king!!! even though i had a chocolate spread sandwhich before climbing into bed

All I've done is lose weight, not eat and not sleep so my eating habits aren't too bad ....

2 bits of toast with cheese for breakfast
2 chicken & cheese sarnies for lunch plus M&S S&V baked crisps
Half a large pack of Haribo sweets (cue nausea for 2 hours)

Dinner - who knows. A couple of nights ago hubby had to stick a lasagne in the microwave at 10pm because he was fed up listening to my stomach grumble and me moan that I felt sick and couldn't face eating. Had half the dinner and went to bed with tummy still growling - oh well!

Ohhhh I fancy a McDs now I've read this. Must be good - well for a couple of hours anyway then maybe send hubby out to get a milkshake!

I discovered Dairy Milk icecream last night - and it is only £2 a tub in Tescos at the moment. It is awesome

I love these threads!!!!

Yesterday I ate 2 packets of smarties on top of crisps and a pasty!!!!! As well as breakfast, dinner etc. Not good.

Today ive been just as sinful!!

Ive had:-

2 slices toast and marmalade for brekkie

brunch bar at half 10

peanut butter sandwich, crisps, chocolate sponge pudding for lunch!!

French fancy mid afternoon.

Then ive had lasagne for tea and a nobbly bobbly!! Appauling!!!
