Just come back from the MW she says baby is head down and 3-4cm in my pelvis. She can no longer move the head If babys not here by friday next week though, looks like im going to have to have a stretch and sweep not looking forward to that.

But its great news, means that baby is thinking about coming out lol

She was describing what a stretch and sweep was by putting 2 fingers up and wiggling them around, the expression on her face wasnt to trustworthly either lmao ...so im not overly enthusiastic about having that done.

Yeah they described that at parentcraft on Monday night, you should have seen the look on OH's face he looked quite queasy lol!

I wouldnt fancy having one either babe, but knowing my luck il prob be in the same situation in 6 weeks time lol

the nurse asked the doc if he wanted a medium or large (im guessing which size swab) and for some reason i started laughing!! I think it is because i was scared!

A sweep isnt so bad..it sounds much worse than it is trust me

Well I had my sweep this afternoon, can't say it was pleasant but it wasn't that bad.

Uncomfortable especially as it's my first so cervix is far up at back, just feel crampy now from it

Got my induction date for monday

My OH thinks I should do some pleasurable moaning noises to make it sound like im enjoying myself during the sweep, to put my MW off lmao ...somehow I dont think i'll be doing that
