anyone experienced this? did u feel lots better for it?


its something i always fancied, i thought it would make me feel really clean and healthy and renewed, etc! i finally got round to making an appointment last year, then i found out i was pregnant so couldnt do it.
but im thinking of making an appointment again now. just wondered if anyone could tell me what they thought of it first (as i dont kno anyone personally who has)
