Colief & BF Questions

1/ I have a cup that was given to my by the hospital which ive been using a little bit of expressed milk with the colief drops, do I need to sterelise this everytime I give the colief or can I sterilise and leave in steriliser then just pour boiling water over when I use? The main problem is the night feed as i dont want to have to leave Ellie crying while it sterilises?

2/ At the moment Ellie tends to clusterfeed (every 1-2 hrs) during the day so im not sure when I'm supposed to give the colief, am I ok to give it every feed or should I only give at certain intervals?

3/ In your experience, how quickly did you notice a difference (if any) after starting to use the colief? How much of an improvement was there?
