Cold and now glands are up...anyone else got this?

Cold started Friday....had migraine 2 days heavy head feeling, totally blocked up. Felt achey, been taking lemsip, lockets, loads of fluids etc. Have also had baths too to allow steam to clear airways. Have also had a sore throat and ears ache.
Today on waking my glands are up in my neck, the left one is really hard and swollen.

I think maybe it's where my body is fighting the infection but I am debating whether to book a doctor's appt for tomorrow in case it gets worse. Last time my glands were up I had tonsilitis...

I swear since being pregnant I have been sooooo ill. I was hardly ill before hand. Anyone else suffering these symptoms and what has eased your discomfort?

yep me too, i have had it for 3 days now and still feel rough, the pharmacist said i can only have vitamin c, great , my nose is sore from blowing it.

my glands are huge too...inflamed ears and throat, lips shreded ad sore swollen gums

also ferverish and anti d side affects., oh im a mess lol
