Coccyx pain

I know Otto is only 3 days old and my body will take time but my coccyx is really painful, it's the only post labour pain I have but it's excruciating. If I have to sit for too long (which I do with bf'ing), I really struggle to move afterwards. I can't find a decent sleeping position either.
It is very tender to touch and I've felt it click too. Mw has said ibuprofen but it's not working. I want to go see a chiropractor but trying to see if anyone else has experienced it and their outcome.

My son is 15 days old and my lower back is agony. And my hip. I had severe SPD during pregnancy and midwife said my hip is aggravated due to lifting baby etc, however, during birth as the baby is in the birth canal it pushes on your lower back and it is common to bruise your coccyx, and in less commons circumstances even fracture. mine gets more stiff if seated for a long time.

The pain has got considerably better but it clicks and cracks a lot. I'm off to see the physio next week.
