this may sound funny but before comming on here i had never heard or noticed cm .i was looking on ff and it says you must chart what it looks like do you acctualy need this to get pg ? i have been looking and cant find anything that resembles what they say to look for .
cm or no cm ???

I didn't notice any this month either!! Some people don't get much but that doesn't mean you can't fall pg.
im on cd 24. my cycles have been from 14 to 34 days not sure when ov'd i guessed at cd 17 cause erupted in spots that day. i have been looking for cm since af stopped . i seem to be having symptoms (sore full boobs, metallic taste, smells you wouldn't believe 
and this morning was dizzy when i got out of bed ) but with the absence of cm i think i maybe its not this month

Without getting tooooooo graffic, you have to pop 2, yes 2 fingers in side and try to reach your cervix (little nobbly thing sometimes high sometimes low) wipe one finger around the back of it and pull both fingers out together, then you will get to see what cm you have. If it's really creamy looking like thrush dont panic, it's coz you have a higher dose than normal in your knickers type amount. Gives the best results this way girls. I didnt notice any different cm until I done it this way either and reading VIP on FF tells you to do it this way. Happy feeling lol..
