choking

Does anyone elses baby choke on their sick?
at least once a day emily is sick and she starts choking and panicks, she waves her arms and makes weird noises then cries.
It makes me panick aswell n i dnt think that helps calm her down

its about 1hour after her feed. last night she did it and all the sick came out her nose

think i remember jack doing that once or twice when he was a few weeks, not sure what to advise tho so sorry im not much help! it is very scary! maybe keep her slightly upright after a feed for a while to give the milk a chance to go right down. i find this helps with jack now but obviously she is much smaller!

Louie did this a few times when he was tiny, it was so scary, he was also so sick it came out of his nose & he waved his arms around like he was drowning or something, i hated it, turns out it was wind, he wouldn't bring wind up, i would stop him every ounce & if he didn't burp i would continue with the bottle.
then coz its milk on top of wind in his little tummy, once the wind does eventually come up ( maybe not till the end of the feed) he would be sick like a waterfall!

he would sick up most of the 4 oz bottle, which is a hell of a lot.
try this & see how you go hun.
