choking in the mornings

My first port of call would be a homeopathist...but then i am training as one....

Hope that helps....

I have no experience in this area at all but maybe you could try one of those plug ins with menthol in them to help her breathe...or a cheaper option would be an oil burner with a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil in it...

I would try thyme oil as its very gentle on the mucous membrane and an excellent expirant.

If this continures and you have any concerns get her checked over...she may be developing an allergy.

Hiya,

Asher was the same when he had bronchiolitis. He would wake up and cough and choke every morning and bring up loads of milk/mucus.

Is she wheezing and breathing harder than usual? Just something to bear in mind, bronchiolitis can often happen after a cold. If this does happen, take her to your GP becasue she would need constant monitoring.

K.xx
