Hi ladies,

Just to let you know that if you start a claim and it takes over three months to go through then not to accept the 3mths back date they give you (they try to say they will only back date it for 3mths).

They tried this with me but I appealed as it was not my fault that Child Benefit had took so long to process my claim, and you can not process your child tax credit untill CB goes through.

You are intitled to all your money so do not let them fob you off.
