Me and my ex-partner split up in May, and she went to court to make a Child arrangements order. She is supposed to see my daughter Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She's not saw her for the last month, seems like there is always some excuse. Either she's ill, her son is off school and doesn't want to travel on the two buses to come here to fetch his sister, or hospital appointments.
I've confronted her about this today and she's said because I have residential custody, by law I have to drop her off to make it easier. Is this true?
I asked for this in writing from her solicitor, she said 'yeah, you can have it in writing if your paying for it'
Advice please.
